Return & Refund Policy

Multi-day tour packages including accommodation involve pre-bookings with hotels and have a different policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival (processing fee may apply).
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.

Booking of private drivers or long-term vehicle rentals:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours before the service date.
• Partial Refund: If service is terminated mid-way due to client preference, specific usage rates apply.
• No Refund: Last minute cancellations or failure to utilize the vehicle as booked.
