A booking is confirmed upon receiving a deposit, as specified during booking. All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and tour package.

All fees, including deposits and final payments, must be made by the specified dates. Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations can be made by emailing info@lankatourdriver.com. Our team will process your request as quickly as possible.

All travelers are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, and other requirements necessary for entry into Sri Lanka. Lanka Tour Driver is not liable for any loss due to improper documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.

Lanka Tour Driver is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of its services, including delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control (acts of God, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

We expect all participants to behave respectfully during the tours towards our staff, other travelers, and the local community. We reserve the right to terminate services if conduct disrupts the tour or the experience of other travelers without any refund.
