The Experience
Experience the thrill of wildlife with a 4-hour safari in Yala National Park, Sri Lanka's second-largest
national park and one of the most biodiverse destinations in Asia. Famous worldwide for having the
world's highest density of leopards, Yala is a bucket-list destination for wildlife lovers and
photographers alike. Whether you are a solo traveler, a family, or a small group, this safari offers a
close-up wildlife experience in a safe and comfortable setting.
Travel in a private 4×4 jeep for total flexibility and comfort, accommodating up to six passengers for a
personalized adventure. You will be guided by an experienced English-speaking driver-guide who will
share expert insights on animal behavior, park ecosystems, and ongoing conservation efforts. Beyond
leopards, expect sightings of wild elephants, crocodiles, sloth bears, and over 200 bird
species—including kingfishers, eagles, and peacocks—across Yala's diverse forests, lagoons, grasslands,
and wetlands.
To ensure a seamless journey, your package includes all park entrance fees, government taxes (including
VAT), and hotel pickup and drop-off within Yala or designated nearby areas. While meals, drinks, and
tips are not included, they remain optional additions to your day. We recommend wearing light,
comfortable clothing and bringing along water, snacks, binoculars, and a camera. Please join us half an
hour early for a hassle-free safari departure.
